Allow connecting to more than one Discord server

Allow Master members to connect to more than one Discord server.

Use case: I have multiple streaming accounts for different purposes, each with their own Discord server. It would be useful to post notifications when different accounts go live in the appropriate servers.

(If anybody knows a workaround for now, please let me know)
