this would allow viewers to ask questions that would be added to a list
example:
!questions what time is it?
the questions would be added a list the streamer could see and "check off" as they are answered. bonus points for displaying the current question on an overlay

You could use the current !queue system to do this.
The !queue system supports a message so it can be used like this:
Then you can use this to get the next question in the queue in chat:
If enabled, it will also show up in the events overlay https://botisimo.com/account/overlays to display it in your stream. You should use the variable $(message) in your custom queue message to show the question they added
