I haven't tested this out specifically, but you should be able to create your own custom command called "!buy" and alias the built-in !buy command with a cooldown added. Let me know if it works for you.

Name: !buy

Response: $[cooldown $(js 8 * 60 * 60)] $(query)

Permission: Everyone

We submitted an application for a developer account for the DLive API. We have not received a response to our application or our follow up. Unfortunately we cannot finish development on this feature unless our application is accepted by the DLive team. We will continue to follow up on this.

We have taken measures to slow down users who are requesting twitch center quotes too much. Is this still an issue?

The best way to do this is to create the playlist in youtube and then add the playlist to the queue in Botisimo.
