Events list, like Streamlabs

TDNZap 5 years ago updated by Support Team (Owner) 4 years ago 2

Pretty much as title states. An Events list just like Streamlabs' one where events persist on screen, with options for differentiating between events from different services (icons, colours, etc.)

We have added an event list overlay. https://botisimo.com/account/overlays#event-list

ability to play local music while being able to add youtube request

If possible it would be awesome to be able to play the music you have on your pc through the player and have it so that your viewers can still request music that gets cycled into the playlist.

Addition of a Max Duration Option for Song Requests & More Song Request Options

gozen729 5 years ago 0

If possible, I would love a setting for song requests (music settings) that would limit the maximum duration of a request that can be submitted.  For example, it would be great if I could set a limit of 300 seconds for requests.  If someone tries to add a YouTube video/song that exceeds 300 seconds, then Botisimo would reply that the song requested was over the set duration and was not added to the queue.

Additional song request settings that would also be nice to have would include:

    • Ability to set minimum permission for who can call the !songrequest/!sr commands.
    • Ability to set the queue limit/length.  For example the queue cannot have more than a set value of songs in it at a given time.
    • Ability to set a type of spam security.  For example requested songs/videos will only be added if they meet a certain threshold of likes versus dislikes and/or they video has a certain number of total views.
    • Ability to set a value that allows viewers to vote to skip a song that is currently playing.  If enough viewers vote in chat to skip a song, then the song is automatically skipped.
    • Ability for songs to automatically start playing once a song is requested.  It seems that if the queue is empty and someone puts a song in the queue, it will not start playing automatically until I press the play button or execute a !nextsong/!ns command.

    Thank you.

    Retweet announcement.

    WooZ 5 years ago 0

It would be nice to have the option to have retweets from my Twitter announced in chat and have the option to automatically give currency to the people who have there mixer accounts linked with their Twitter.

Each of the platforms have a way to link with Twitter so it should be possible in theory.

    Blacklist Toggle on Whitelisted Links

    🦖 KensonPlays 🦕 5 years ago 0

It would be nice if you could use a BLACKLIST instead of a Whitelist, to deny adult sites, but allow others, for example. Please consider adding this! (Basically just a reverse of Whitelist currently)

Could you add MixPlay support? Even just for Pro+?

    🦖 KensonPlays 🦕 5 years ago 0

I would loveto have a fully, 100% webbased bot that includes MixPlay support. I know it would be a lot to ask, so that's why I feel it would be best to limit it to Pro and Master users, so that way we can help fund its development.

If you want ideas on what to add for MixPlay support, you can look at the bot "MixItUp" which is locally ran. ( https://mixitupapp.com )

I would gladly resub if MixPlay support started being worked on, so I don't have to increase our power bill by running my desktop 24/7.

    Sub Luck

Utility 5 years ago updated by Elise A. 5 years ago 4

Hello, I have a few ideas to help improve the bot, that I believe would increase the users significantly. My name is Utility, and I'm a Partnered streamer on Twitch. I mainly play the game World of Warcraft. One of the biggest things to do as a WoW streamer is to carry/help people through dungeons, called Mythic+. Every Tuesday there is a soft "reset" on things. If you did a level 10 dungeon the previous week, you have access to a chest which provides the player with some of the best equipment in the game. To be able to do the dungeon, you need a total of 5 people, so 4 people have to help/carry the person from the stream. Usually it's difficult to find people to help out for nothing in return.

That's why I've been looking for a bot like yours. A bot to be able to do a joined giveaway between multiple Twitch streams. Then everyone on the team can stream it, and people from all the chats have a chance to win. There isn't the option in the bot yet, but for it to really work well there needs to be an option to have "sub luck" or an increased multiplier for a sub to win over a non sub. Then the viewers like to sub to the streamer/s for the extra chance to win. There would also need to be an option to turn off the bot DMing people when they entered a giveaway. The messages would start to get annoying if you're getting 4 every 30 minutes or so.

I don't know anything about coding, but nearly all the other bots have this feature, and these 2 things I mentioned is the only thing holding me back from making the switch. I'm 100% sure this bot will take off in the WoW streaming community with these features added, and a bit more customization in general. Getting your team on board with the same bot for giveaways is a huge need right now.

I have added sub luck to the giveaway settings. I have not added the ability to silence entry confirmation messages though. I'm not convinced this will do more good than harm. I expect that if the confirmation messages are removed there will be many people spamming "!enter" and also we will possibly end up with support tickets asking why they weren't entered into the giveaway and how it's not fair. If you still want this feature, can you make a new request for it so we can close this for "Sub Luck"?

The way it works is that whatever you set "Sub Luck" to is the number of entries a channel subscriber gets per entry. So, if you set sub luck to "5", then each entry for a channel subscriber will count as 5 entries.

    [Chat] Events System/"Enhanced Greet system"

    ExemplaryMe 5 years ago 0

SUMMARY: Currently Botisimo has a "welcome" function that welcomes users chatting for the first time in your channel, if enabled. It would be great if this could be expanded to an Event system similar to what Streamlabs Chatbot has (formerly Ankh Bot). That allows you to greet/shoutout users you add to the list.

EXAMPLE: Events System -> OtotheA is added -> When OtotheA speaks -> "Check it out, OtotheA just made it to the stream! Everyone say hello and drop a follow @OtotheA!" -> when stream ends, events system resets for the next time stream starts and user chats on a new stream.

    More INFO:
Page 38 of the Streamlabs Chatbot documentation PDF outlines the use of the Events system.
I also understand that due to the wide use of Botisimo as well as being CBaaS, but not knowing the specs / full load of Botisimo when being used at peak usage, this may or may not affect performance, and could possibly be a Member's only option.

    Add variable for botisimo userid

Destiny Faith 5 years ago updated by Elise A. 5 years ago 1

Add a way for us to get the botisimo userid so it would be possible for us to create our own external services and save data for our fans while keeping their linked status.

ie: Someone catchespokemon on discord, looks for the pokemon on youtube and it shows that it's there since the accounts are linked.

    Add variable $(game-spaceless)

Crystal 🌈 SNReloaded 5 years ago updated by Elise A. 5 years ago 1

Currently tweeting out a game title that has multiple words in meaningless, since the game title becomes the hashtag. Allowing the user to choose the game time without spaces, tweets would be more effective
